Terms of Service As a member of PicturesLoaded, you are not subject to scrutiny, however it is your obligation to follow the rules of this free service and keep it an enjoyable experience for everyone. Publically posting porngraphic or protected copyright material is strictly forbidden and can get you reported, and possibly banned from future use of this service. Upon activation, it is your duty to verify your account by clicking the link sent to your email. This is to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address specified. If you haven't verified your identity in about 3 days, your account will be terminated and you will lose all pictures uploaded in the course of your membership. You will not be banned for failure to verify your e-mail address, you may re-register at any time. PicturesLoaded is NOT a backup resource, it is not intended to be a safe for your precious memories. This service is strictly to be used as a utility for posting pictures on the web or sharing photos with friends or family. If you require your photos to be backed up, you can order a picture CD containing all of your photos for a small fee. Posting photos that are immoral, promote hatred towards any race or religion, promote illegal drug use (excluding marijuana), or contain objectionable content is forbidden and such photos will be removed along with your ability to post new pictures or use this service as well as possible banishment from this website entirely. Failure to follow said rules can result in termination of your account and/or inability to reopen another account of the same username/email address. The rules are set in place for the benefit of everyone and to protect you as a publisher from punishment by nazi corporate lawyers protecting copyright laws and parents who have children or individuals who are too easily offended. |
